perimeter of square= 4 ×side

so perimeter of rectangle=80 cm
now, perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
2(l+b)= 80 cm
l=24 cm
2(24+b)=80 cm
24+b=80÷2=40
b=40-24
=16
