wires can't be drawn by wooods and stones BECAUSE wood and stones don't pass electricity..

yeah, actually they don't conduct electricity and are non malleable i.e. they cannot be beaten into wires or sheets.
but metals are good conductors of electricity and are malleable too.

Wires cannot be drawn from woods and stones because they aren't malleable and will break if they were tried to beaten into wires. And they are also bad conductors of electricity.
