Dear Daddy,

You will be glad to know that my class is going on South India Tour of 10 days during the coming vacation. Our teachers says we shall be visiting Madurai, Kerala, Chennai, Tamil Nadu & Kanyakumari. All my classmates & teachers want me to go along.

It promises to be as wonderful tour. As school is paying half total expenses, each of us has to pay only 2500/- rupees.

I have not seen South India at all. Please, Daddy, may I go? I give you my solemn promise that I shall take care of myself & keep in touch throughout. I shall write to you later about exact dates & detailed tour programme.
