Wisdom means possessing the quality of having knowledge, good thinking, showing maturity, being practical, and being sensible.
Knowledge means a set of facts, truths, data that is relevant or irrelevant about any thing in the world. We gain knowledge by reading, or learning from experience or learning from others through words or deeds.
Having knowledge does not mean its application in real life to benefit oneself or the society. Being wise means applying intelligently our knowledge in reality when the situation demands at the appropriate time to solve our problem or to achieve some thing. That is what wisdom is. Wisdom means to apply knowledge so that we do not get into difficult situations as well as to apply knowledge to get out of difficult situations.
