विवेक' ऐसी भावना है, जो हमें सही गलत की पहचान करवाता है और गलत मार्ग पर बढ़ने से रोकता है। विवेक का संबंध दिल और दिमाग से नहीं है। हमारा निर्णय दिल और दिमाग से लिया हो सकता है। प्रायः लोग विवेक का प्रयोग अपने स्वार्थों के लिए करते हैं। जब हम अपने स्वार्थों का उपयोग करने के लिए किसी की सहायता करते हैं, तो वह विवेक दिमाग से लिए गए निर्णय पर आधारित होता है। इसके विपरीत जब हम दूसरे की सहायता के लिए अपने विवेक का प्रयोग करते हैं, तो वह निर्णय दिल से लिया गया होता है।
दिल और दिमाग भले ही शरीर के दो अलग अलग स्थान पर रहते हो। मगर दिल और दिमाग का विवेक हमारे बहुत काम आता है। दिल और दिमाग एक दूसरे के पूरक हैं। दिल को हम दिमाग से अलग करके कुछ सोच ही नहीं सकते हैं।
एक विवेक दिमाग का होता है और एक विवेक दिल का होता है। यह कथन सत्य है। हम एक बात को यदि दिल के अनुसार सोचें फिर दिमाग के अनुसार सोचें, तो दोनों के निर्णय अलग-अलग होंगे। इसका मतलब है दिल उन बातों पर अपना विवेक का पूर्ण इस्तेमाल नहीं करता, जो उसे सोचना पड़ता है। दिमाग इन बातों पर अपने विवेक का पूर्ण इस्तेमाल करता है और `किन्तु, परन्तु` अधिक सोचता है। इस तरह दोनों के नतीजे अलग-अलग आते हैं।
इसके इलावा आपको जीवन से जुड़े किसी भी फ़ैसले के लिए दिल और दिमाग़ दोनो से निर्णय लेना चाहिए।हमें ये याद रखना है कि दिल के फ़ैसले को दिमाग़ पर , और दिमाग़ के फ़ैसले को दिल पर हावी नहीं होने देना है।फ़ैसले ऐसे हो जिससे आपका या किसी दिल दुखे।

Superficial it looks like there is wisdom of heart and there mind. When you study life, you will notice that it is a false assumption. Because a heart and a mind are just a material important expression of energy and is an illusion. When something is an illusion it cannot contain wisdom, nor knowledge. Just let me explain it further and you see the misinterpretation of many people. After you read all, you will know it exactly.
When you look at the world and study the building blocks of life, by zooming in the cells of a human, animal, plants, microbes, that they are all made of molecules. When you zoom in these molecules you find lots of space and tiny atoms, when we zoom into this, you will find space and nucleus like protons/ electrons, when you zoom in you find space and quarks. When you think quark is defining material, and you zoom in quarks you find space and quasi parts. And zoom in this one you will find space and energy patters which are weightless and still existing. When you have eyes like an electroscope you would look through people. Humans and even our world is just an expression of energy, an illusion for our filtered awareness.
