My wishlist of places that I would like to visit are - Manali, Kedarnath and Sikkim

  • Manali:- Manali is a greater Himalayan vacation town located in the Himachal Pradesh state of northern India. It is known as a honeymoon and backpacking hotspot. It is a starting point for trekking in Parvati Valley and skiing in the Solang Valley and is located on the Beas River. Additionally, it serves as a starting point for activities like paragliding, rafting, and mountaineering in the Pir Panjal mountains, which contain the 4,000-meter-high Rohtang Pass.

  • Kedarnath:- The towering Garhwal Himalayas are home to Kedarnath Town, one of the most respected temple locations in all of India. At a height of 3,580 metres, close to the Chorabari glacier, which is the source of the Mandakini river, is where the town, centred on the famed Kedarnath temple, is situated. The ancient temple, which is devoted to Lord Shiva, was constructed of incredibly large slabs of grey stone that were all uniformly shaped. It has beautiful architecture. Lord Shiva's "Sadashiva" form is worshipped as a conical rock formation inside the temple. One of Lord Shiva's twelve Jyotirlingas in India is the Kedarnath temple, which is devoted to him. It is a stop on the Char Dham pilgrimage route. The Kedarnath peak, Kedarnath Dome, and other Himalayan peaks are located behind the Kedarnath shrine.

  • Sikkim:- Northeastern India has a state by the name of Sikkim. It shares borders with Tibet in the north and northeast, Bhutan in the east, Nepal in the west, and West Bengal in the south. Additionally, Sikkim is close to Bangladesh and the Siliguri Corridor in India. Among the Indian states, Sikkim has the second-smallest population and is the smallest in size. Sikkim, which is a section of the Eastern Himalaya, is known for its biodiversity, which includes alpine and subtropical climates, Gangtok is the largest and the capital of Sikkim. The Khangchendzonga National Park occupies over 35% of the state.

Hence, Manali, Kedarnath and Sikkim are the places in my wishlist that I would like to visit.
