Hey,

For achieving one's goal , a person needs to very focused and determined towards it . Some will even suggest to do hard work ; and yes hard work is important . But with that , smart work is equally important.

Have a time schedule of your works or studies or anything , about which you want to achieve you goal . Work accordingly . Just making a schedule , and not following it wont help .

Another point is , when someone wants to achieve something , passion is also required . If someone wants to become something , then he/she should dream of it every time .

Take suggestions regarding this from your parents , teachers , fellow students , elders or anyone whom you think can help you regarding this .
