Nowadays there are many uses of alloys .I think ,mostly metals we use are made of alloys.
alloy is the mixture of metal and non metal or metal metal.
As u know that a metal is not good in every property .To make a metal good in various property,we mix a another metal or non metal into it which is good in some property.
some examples are :- bronze,brass stainless steel.
*Advantage of alloy:-
(I) it prevents from rusting.
(ii)it is used in semiconductors.
(iii)alloys have better strength then pure metal.
