Justification "With child labour being made illegal and right to education becoming a fundamental right for children, this right against exploitation has become more meaningful."

During the recent past, children were made to do hazardous work at a tender age during the time they vitally needed education. This aroused a voice for children which ended up in child labour made illegal.

Through making child labour illegal and right to education becoming a fundamental right, children are fully open to education. Strict actions can now be taken against people ho misuse children.

Now, right against exploitation is meaningful in all ways and the country's future can be considered as bright as the children would be educational advanced and would not be doing jobs that are hazardous both physically and mentally.
