Then the age of ram be x + 25 years.

After 10 years:

The ratio of their ages will be,

1/2 = (x + 10)/(x + 35)

x + 35 = 2x + 20

x = 15

Then:

x + 25 = 15 + 25

          = 40 years.

Therefore:

Present ages are 15 years, 40 years.
