when temperature increases, the charges in the conductor starts colliding more rapidly, because they get more heat energy from temperature. so the time interval of collide decreases.

as resistance is inversely proportional to the time interval, it will increase with decrease in the time interval.

With increase in temperature resistivity is unaffected
