But in case of pure metal , it happens that as temperature increases its thermal conductivity decreases. But aluminium is always available in oxide form, so its thermal conductivity increases. WIEDMANN FRANZ LAW: it states that the thermal conductivity of material is directly proportional to electrical conductivity.
