pressure=force/area

in both cases force is constant because weight of the box doens't Change.But pressure changes because area of surface changes.

Pressure is inversely proportional to area

so p1/p2=a2/a1

P1/p2=40/4=10:1

7)The fountains have holes tiny holes upon them.Water inside the fountain is more than atmospheric pressure .So water from inside the fountain rushes out through the holes .
