eat oats 2time in day...it will helps u 5kg weight loose in 1month.

take only simple or masala oats because they have no sugar.

recipe:-

boil 1cup water

put2/4cup of oats in the water

wait 5minutes till boil again

eat it in hot process only and after 30minutes do 30minutes exercises.hope it helps u dear
