2.)Punjab and Uttar Pradesh

groveransh: the 2 states that are benefitted are Punjab and Haryana for sure. then there are conspiracies about rajasthand and himachal Pradesh. Uttar pradesh is not benefitted for sure as it has power supply from Tehri dam on the Ganges
