Hello

Your answer

Solid into liquid - know as melting or fusion we increases the kinetic energy which cause the movement of molecules which thereby breaks the force of attraction, and changes to liquid.

Liquid into vapour - know as evaporation again increase kinetic energy by heating and the movement breaks the force and get scattered converting thereby converting into vapour.

Vapour into liquid - it’s the reverse of evaporation that’s. condensation we simply lower the temperature and kinetic energy reduces and get converted to liquid.

Liquid to solid - reverse of fusion called freezing again lowering the temperature lowers kinetic energy and converts to solid.

Also,
Solid gets converted directly into gas which is called SUBLIMATION......
and,
Gas converting directly into solid is called DESUBLIMATION.........
EXAMPLE- camphor (Kapur)

Hope helps you
