The correct answer is option A.  Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System ( IRNSS ) has a total of 7 satellites in its constellation.  Out of these 3 are in geostationary and 4 are in geosynchronous orbit.  It covers the entire India and about 1,500 square kilometres beyond its borders.   Global Indian Navigation System ( GINS ) is still in the research and development stage which cannot be completed by 2019.
