a) the three functions of the speaker of the lok sabha are-

1) the speaker presides over the meetings of Lok Sabha. in his or her absence the house is chaired by the deputy speaker .
2) the speaker maintain discipline and decorum of the house.
3) it is the Lok Sabha Speaker who presides over the joint sitting of both the houses.

b)the procedure to be followed by the union parliament in passing a money bill are-
1) by simple majority
2) by special majority
3) special majority and ratification

c) three reasons to justify that the Lok Sabha is considered to be more powerful than Rajya Sabha -
1) regarding money matters Lok Sabha is much more powerful than Rajya Sabha .
2) the money bill can only be introduced in Lok Sabha .
3) if Rajya Sabha makes any recommendation regarding a money bill Lok Sabha may or may not accept it .
