with regarg to turnip, carrot, sweet potato &potato three belong to the same category .Identify those three modifications & mention whether they are homologous or analogous.Also mention the rason why the fourth modification do not belong to the same category.

Out of the four Carrot, Sweet potato, Turnip are the ROOT MODIFICATIONS FOR THE STORAGE OF FOOD . Hence these are considered as homologous.
whereas,
The Potato is STEM MODIFICATION FOR STORAGE. hence it is considered as analogous to above threes.
