Answer:
The poem the road not taken written by Robert Frost speaks about the choices we face in life. It speaks of a person who is in a dilemma as he is unable to decide which road to choose. The diversions of road symbolises real life situations where we need to make difficult choices.
Which path we choose makes a great impact on our life. Our choice can either make us sigh in relief or sigh from regret.
We sometimes take a path we feel will benifit us and thinking we will get a chance to change our decision and start again if we fail to do so. But that is not the case. Similarly in the poem, the poet tells us that we need to be careful when we are making choices as 'way leads on to way' a choice will lead on to another choice and we will not be able to come back to the choices we were faced with earlier.
Hence he also tells us to take our time to choose and to choose wisely as there is no going back.
