You could also directly compute

 \binom{3}{1}  \frac{2 \times 10 \times 9}{12 \times 11 \times 10}

Probability that two eggs are bad

 \binom{3}{2} ( \frac{2}{12}  \times  \frac{1}{11} \times  \frac{10}{10}  ) =  \frac{1}{22}
