So first For distance dimensions are given i.e 8×6 cm

$area = 8 \times 6 \\ = 48$

Now by applying Displacement Formula

$displacement = 48 \div 2 \\ = 28$

the required answer is 28

the displacement of the ant is Del X....
Del X =x2-x1
=8-6=2
the displacement of the ant is 2m
