Heya Friend ☺

Nothing is used here just a basic concepts of
displcement = distance  \div2
So first For distance dimensions are given i.e 8×6 cm

area = 8 \times 6 \\  = 48

Now by applying Displacement Formula

displacement = 48 \div 2 \\  = 28

the required answer is 28
Option C

Hope it helped you and you will easily able to solve any kinda of problems in future
if you need any help in especially in physics feel free to drop me message
goodluck
