Hot lava cools down to form igneous rocks. ... Metamorphic rocks under heat and pressure breakdown and form hot lava. This hot magma then again cools down and forms igneous rocks and the cycle is repeated.

Answer:

hey mate here is your answer

It takes millions of years for rocks to form. All rock can form into any type of rock. A sedimentary rock can form into a metamorphic rock when heat and pressure change the rock. The metamorphic rock can turn into igneous rock. When the rock goes deeper in the earth's surface and melts into magma, then that magma cools down and it become a solid igneous rock. The igneous rock can change into sedimentary rock when it reaches earth's surface and wears away into bits of different material. This is called the rock cycle and it never ends. In other words, the transformation of one type of rock into another, under certain conditions and in a repeated manner is called the rock cycle.
