OVARY:
The ovaries have two main reproductive functions in the body.
They produce female gametes or egg cells for reproduction every month.
They produce hormones, oestrogen and progesterone.
OVIDUCT:
The Oviduct is the tube that links the ovary to the uterus.
It is where the egg cell travels down to become fertilized by sperm.
It is also referred to as the Fallopian tube, Uterine tube or Ovarian tube.
UTERUS:
It is elastic bag like structure for fertilized zygote to undergo division.
It nurtures the fertilized ovum that develops into the foetus and holding it till the baby is mature enough for birth.
The fertilized ovum gets implanted into the uterus and derives nourishment from blood vessels which develop exclusively for this purpose.
Ovary-i.It produces female sex cell ovum.
ii.It produces female sex hormone progesterone i.e;pregnancy hormone.
Oviduct-i.It's ampulla part is the sight for fertilization .
ii.It is the path way for sperms to meet the ovum.
Uterus-i.It provides a bed for the foetus.
ii.It gives nourishment to the growing embryo.
