Iris -it gives characteristic eye color to the person.
Optic nerve - it is responsible for the adjustment of the focal length .
Pupil- when light enters into the pupil , it contracts . In dark areas the pupil enlarges . It is this self - adjustment of the pupil , which protects the eye from excessive light or in dim light . Retina - it acts as a screen for the eye . The image is formed on retina .
