geo tropism:
orientation occur in specific part of plant due to external stimuli called gravity.
eg:root moves towards the gravity and shoot and stem moves away from gravity.
auxin:when light is coming from one side of the plant then the auxin diffuses towards it and bend the tree towards the shady side.it also promotes cell division and seedles fruit formation.

Soak few seeds of moong in water for about a day.

$\textbf{Step 2}$:

Cut out two big holes from the bottom of the cup or container.

$\textbf{Step 3}$:

Add soil to it about 1cm.

$\textbf{Step 4}$:

Sprinkle the soaked seeds over the soil and water the seeds.

$\textbf{Step 5}$:

Put the container or cup on wood slabs.

$\textbf{Step 6}$:

Cover the part of the set up with a dark coloured paper.

$\textbf{Step 7}$:

Water the seeds regularly.

$\textbf{Step 8}$:

Observe the setup. You will observe that the roots came out from the holes and is growing towards the Earth showing geotropism.
