Colour of copper sulphate solution is green, When we add iron nail or any other material made up of iron it becomes iron sulphate solution. Colour of iron sulphate solution is blue. And we cannot convert iron sulphate solution to again copper sulphate solution that's why it is a chemical reaction or chemical change.
