Diffusion becomes faster with the increase in temperature as the kinetic energy increases.

For example let us take two containers one with cold water and the other with hot water. Then let us pour equal amount of sugar in both the containers. Now compared the amount of sugar contained in both the cases after some time. We can observed that the amount of sugar in the container with hot water is less than the amount of sugar contained in the container with cold water. It's because the kinetic energy of the water and the sugar increases as the temperature increases.

Hence diffusion becomes faster with the increase in temperature.

Hope this will help you.
