physical change: the change which can be reversed(to it's original form)

ex:crumbling paper,melting of ice

chemical change:the change which cannot be reversed

The change which involves changes in physical properties such a size, shape and density. It is resersible. Example :when a candle is burning, a Vax, vaporization of melted wax. Physical change.

The chemical change matter undergoes the change in it composition or structure. New substances are formed that have different properties and composition from the original material. Changes are irreseversible. Chemical is change which produces substances which have different chemical properties from the original substances. Examples:when the iron object is left exposed to moist air, it chemically reacts with oxygen and water in air to form a red - brown flaky substance called rust.
