Photosynthesis may be define as a photochemical reaction during which carbohydrates are formed from carbon dioxide and water in the chloroplasts of green plant in presence of sun light.

Chemical equation

6Co2 + 12H2O===>C6H12O6 +6O2 +6H2O

6Co2 = 6 molecules of carbon dioxide

12H2o=12 molecules of water

In presence of Light and chlorophyll.

C6H12O6 = one molecule of glucose. (plant bio mass)

6o2= 6 molecules of oxygen

6H20=6 molecules of water

This is ur ans hope it will help you in case of any doubt comment below
