in parallel,electron split hence I is sum of all I1+I2...

& work done in moving charge is same.

Applying Ohm law

V=IR so V/R=I eq1

V=I1R1 so V/R1=I1. eq 2

adding them we get

I1+I2+...=V/R1+V/R2...

I=V(1/R1+1/R2+...)

from 1

1/R=(1/R1+1/R2+...)
