With the referance to the present scenario of india where frequent storms are causing devastation, comment on the different forces ,pressure differences and temperature conditions that contribute to the formation of storms . Also suggest what we as human beings can do to minimize the same.

# PRESENT SCENARIO OF ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES CAUSING DEVASTATION IN INDIA
India is drawing the world's attention, not only because of its population explosion but also
because of its prevailing as well as emerging health profile and profound political, economic
and social transformations. After 54 years of independence, a number of urban and growth-
orientated developmental programs having been implemented, nearly 716 million rural
people (72% of the total population), half of which are below the poverty line (BPL) continue
to fight a hopeless and constantly losing battle for survival and health.
In the past two decades, by instituting an open trade policy and improving its financial market
development, India has been able to achieve phenomenal economic growth (Agrawal, 2015
and Pradhan, Arvin, and Norman, 2015). There are many environmental issues in India. Air
pollution, water pollution, garbage, and pollution of the natural environment are all
challenges for India.
SOMETHING ABOUT FORCES:-
In meteorology, large body of air having nearly uniform conditions oftemperature and humidity at any given level of altitude. Such a mass has distinct boundaries and may extend hundreds or thousands of kilometres horizontally and sometimes as high as the top of the troposphere (about 10–18 km [6–11 miles] above the Earth’ssurface). An air mass forms whenever the atmosphere remains in contact with a large, relatively uniform land or sea surface for a time sufficiently long to acquire the temperature and moisture properties of that surface. The Earth’s major air masses originate in polar or subtropical latitudes. The middle latitudes constituteessentially a zone of modification, interaction, and mixing of the polar and tropical air masses causing forces.
SOMETHING ABOUT TEMPERATURE CONDITION:-
Measure of hotness or coldness expressed in terms of any of several arbitrary scales and indicating the direction in which heatenergy will spontaneously flow—i.e., from a hotter body (one at a higher temperature) to a colder body (one at a lower temperature). Temperature is not the equivalent of the energy of a thermodynamic system; e.g., a burning match is at a much higher temperature than an iceberg, but the total heatenergy contained in an iceberg is much greater than the energy contained in a match. Temperature, similar topressure or density, is called an intensive property—one that is independent of the quantity of matter being considered—as distinguished from extensive properties, such as mass or volume.
ABOUT PRESSURE:-
In the physical sciences, the perpendicularforce per unit area, or the stressat a point within a confinedfluid. The pressure exerted on a floor by a 42-pound box the bottom of which has an area of 84 square inches is equal to the force divided by the area over which it is exerted; i.e., it is one-half pound per square inch. Theweight of the atmospherepushing down on each unit area of Earth’s surface constitutesatmospheric pressure, which atsea level is about 15 pounds per square inch. In SI units, pressure is measured in pascals; one pascal equals one newton per square metre. Atmospheric pressure is close to 100,000 pascals.

Actions can be taken every day to reduce your ecological footprint or the mark you leave on your natural environmental and its resources.
“Ecological footprint” is defined as the measure of human demand on nature and compares human consumption of natural resources with earth’s ecological capacity to regenerate them.
1. . Early warning systems for famines
2. Wonder hunger-products to address malnutrition
3. Giving money directly to the poor so they can help themselves
4. Mobile technology that informs and empowers citizens
