make laws on Union list (97 subj. including defense,foreign policy etc.)
State list(during emergency proclamation,when rajya sabha passes a resolution by 2/3rd of its members stating that a matter in the state legislature has gained national importance,,when 2 or more state are of the opinion that a subject of the state list must be legislated by the parliament,Parliament can make an act on that subject but will only be applicable on those states)
Concurrent List(all 47 subj{if there is a conflict between the union and the state legislature,the union law prevails)
2) financial power is cancelled by our school

INTERPELLATION-it means seeking info from the gov. directly through questions in question hr,calling attention notices and half and hour discussion to about its policies and performance.
VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE-if the gov. is working against constitutional provisions ,it can be voted out of office by passing the no confidence vote against the PM or the ministry as the whole or any of its members.WHOLE MINISTRY HAVE TO RESIGN .
ADJOURNMENT MOTION-aimed at censuring the act of omission and commission of the Ministers.

Answer: Three Legislative Powers of the Union Parliament are: (i) It has exclusive powers to make laws with respect to matters mentioned in the Union List and also in the Concurrent List. (ii) The Parliament can Legislate on subjects included in the State List during emergency.
