There were many treaties of Vienna that were signed during the last two centuries.

During 1814-15 a treaty was signed.  It was after Napoléon of France had lost war in Europe. The treaty sought to restore the international borders to undo what Napoleon had done.  Poland returned to Russia. The territories occupied by France were restored back.  Powers and authorities restored so that international power balance / equilibrium came in.  The ruling dynasty in France was restored to what was there before Napoleon Bonaparte.
