if you want to make it 3d then first draw a heart on drawing sheet or anything on what u are comfortable. then on another sheet Draw same size of heart. stick its edges with good adhesive and leave a space through which u can put thermocol balls. after filling it fully seal the open place and your 3d heart is ready. it would be best if you'll make each part individually.
