hi buddy
here's your answer looking for

we know that ,

 {v}^{2} -  {u}^{2}   = 2gh
now,

here, v=0

g= 10m/s^2

h = 53.7

so,

 =  >  {0}^{2}  -  {u}^{2}  = 2 \times 10 \times 53.7 \\  \\  =  >  -  {u }^{2}  =  - 1074 \\  \\  =  > u =  \sqrt{1074}  = 32.77m {s}^{ - 1}
hope you are satisfied with my answer

Answer is 32.7719

u=?
v=0 as at the highest point velocity will become 0
a=-10m/s^2 its always negative as the direction is downwards
s=h=53.7m.

v^2=u^2+2as
0=u^2+2*-10*53.7
-u^2=-20*53.7
therefore, u=√1074
u=32.7719

Hope you would be satisfied with my answer.
