With which tool we can reduce the duration of a video clip in Windows movie maker ?​

Trim

In the newest versions, to trim a clip, double-click on the clip in the project area to the right. That should bring up the Video Tools | Edit tab. If it doesn't, you can directly click on the tab and open up the tools. Click on the Trim Tool and you can then change the start/end point of the clip.
