A flatterer leaves us in the time of need and are not worth calling friends. They would treat us like a king when we have fame, and money to spend but as soon as we loose it, they would fly away. A person is said to be your friend indeed when he stands with you at the time of need. He would accompany you when you cry and if something is bothering you he would make it his problem.
Thus with every grief of yours...ur real friend would be a part of it. These are certain signs to differentiate between a friend and a flatterer.
