Maximum resources are in the hands of rich people. but sometimes it is in the hand of government also.

RENEWABLE RESOURCES=> These resources are the resources which can't exhaust or which can renewed easily again and again.
For example - wind, solar energy, etc.
In the case of sun and wind we can't own them. But if we made a power plant related to them like solar plant, etc. Then there is a need of owner in that. This owner can be an individual or government.
The ownership of a renewable energy power plant would always lie with the promoter or the developer of the particular plant. It could be either the Government/ Government run utilities or private entities.
