Answer: 60 days

Explanation:

Within 60 days an appeal can be made in the High Court against an order awarding  compensation by Commissioner.

Under section 30 of The Workmen`s Compensation Act 1923 both the parties that is the employers and the employees can make an appeal in the High Court against the order of awarding compensation by Commissioner. Such an appeal has to be initiated within 60 days of the order.

Under section 20 of  the above act a Commissioner refers to the appointment of Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation. On the other hand the term  compensation refers to compensation as highlighted under this Act.

Hope this helps.
