Emergency is a grave or a sudden forseen situation where immediate action is required.

 \bold{There \: are \: three \: types \: of \: emeegencies}

◼National emergency

▶It can be issued when President is sure that a grave emergency exists where safety of nation or any of the state is in danger.

▶It is in need to be signed by both houses of parliament within one month and by a total majority of not less than one third.

◼Constitutional Breakdown

If a report is being issued by Governor that governance of state can't be further carried out according to the constitution President declares constitutional breakdown.

▶It is in need to be signed by parliament within two months from its date of issue.

◼Financial emergency

If the financial condition ,credit or stablity of the nation or of any state is in danger, President can issue financial emergency.

▶It should be signed by both the houses of parliament within two months of when its issued.
