X^2-3X+2=(X-2)(X-1) OR X=2,1
PUT THIS VALUE IN EQN X=2
2(2)^4-6(2)^3+3(2)^2+3*2-2=32-48+12+6-2=0
SIMILAR X=1
WE GET =0
SO EQN IS DIVISIBLE
