 \frac{any \: number}{2   {}^{n} 5 {}^{m}   }

the denominator should always be in this form to be terminating

now if we elaborate the denominator here we get

 \frac{13}{5 \times 5 \times 2}

 \frac{13}{5 {}^{2} 2 {}^{1} }

Therefore we can say that this fraction will terminate

(Your answer ends here ) {further it's just for understanding}

If we are asked to write this in decimal form just multiple 2 both ij numerator and denominator

 \frac{2 \times 13}{5 \times 5 \times 2 \times 2}

 \frac{36}{100}

0.36
