To see if the number is divisible by 3 you gotta add the numbers and check if it is a multiple of 3.

Here.., 1+3+0+0+1+3 = 8

So.., this is not divisible by 3.

but here 1+3+0+0+1+3=8which is not divisible by 3 so the number is not divisible by 3
