Step-by-step explanation:

To find a fraction is terminating decimal or not we have to check whether denominator is form of 2^n*5^n.

If denominator is not in form of 2^n*5^n then the fraction will be non terminating repeating decimal.

1) Here, 25 = 5^2 that means 25 = 5^2*2^0

So 3/25 is a terminating decimal.

2) Here 18 = 2^1 * 3^2 so 18 is not in form of 2^n * 5^n. So 11/18 is not a terminating decimal

3) Here 20 = 2^2 * 5^1

So 13/20 is a terminating decimal

4) Here 42= 2^1 * 3^1 * 7^1 so 42 is not in form of 2^n * 5^n. So 41/42 is not a terminating decimal
