= 5*7*13

prime factorisation of 64

= 2*2*2*2*2*2

hence, there is nothing in numerator which may cancel out such factors of denominators which are not 2 or 5. thus factors like 7 and 13 remain in denominator due to which the fraction will be non-terminating recurring decimal expression
