hiiiii mate,

there is very easy formula for finding the sum of first nth term of even numbers.

Sn = n^2 + n

put the values in this formula we get ,

(25)^2 + 25

= 625 + 25

= 650.

mate there is also formula for finding sum of first nth term of odd numbers .

= (n)^2

Answer:

650

Step-by-step explanation:

The sum of even numbers formula is obtained by using the sum of terms in an arithmetic progression formula. The formula is: Sum of Even Numbers Formula = n(n+1) where n is the number of terms in the series.

therefore,

sum of the first 25 even numbers is 25(25+1)

=(25×25)+(25×1) (distributive property)

=(25×25)+(25×1) (distributive property)=625+25

=(25×25)+(25×1) (distributive property)=625+25=650

Hope it helps!!
