Answer:

We know that the ending digit of perfect square is 0, 1, 4, 5, 6, and 9.

∴ A number ending in 2, 3, 7 or 8 can never be a perfect square.

∴ (i) 153, cannot be a perfect square.

  (ii)788, cannot be a perfect square
