Bcz it was only Narayan Masurkars who identified that the babies had got interchanged in the hospital..He observed that their baby(Sunil Gavaskar) had a small hole in his ear..The baby was accidentally interchanged with the baby of a fisherman.
If Narayan didn't observed the hole in the ear of the baby, then Sunil Gavaskar might have brought up by the fisherman community and could have end up his life becoming someone else and not a cricketer.
