It make no difference because democracy itself is bad for government.

I am referring to the issue raised in the writings of the Founder, which warned against the dangers of pure democracy which they opposed. It is why they founded a republic .In a republic ,the constitution is supreme .It trumps the will of the majority , also called mob rule or as they called it the tyranny of the majority.
